East Nashville Historic Victorian

This gem is an 1894 Victorian in the heart of Lockeland Springs in East Nashville. While the historic portion of the house was in great shape, previous additions were not serving the house (or the family that lives in it) well. An old porch was removed and a new sunny living space was added. But the addition of a new stair and brand new second floor made the biggest impact. The existing dusty attic was transformed into over 1,500sf of usable space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office, bonus space, and storage/laundry. The first floor also got some love with a fully renovated primary bathroom and a more open kitchen and dining room. The transition from old to new is seamless.
