Eastside Infill

Eastside is a new-construction infill project right on the edge of Shelby Park in East Nashville. It features a double-height vaulted living room filled with windows and skylights to allow natural light to filter throughout the house. The home presents an inviting front porch towards the street corner and focuses on great, comfortable spaces without overcrowding the lot it sits on. This means it also has room for a large private deck in the backyard tucked away from the streets around it and includes a 2-car garage at the rear of the lot.

Nine12 offered interior design services at the time this was designed. We selected the lighting, tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry hardware, interior and exterior paint colors throughout the house. The builder wanted an "urban farmhouse" feel and the warm contemporary fixtures paired with other rustic elements throughout the home accomplish this.
